The power of coaching: live!

In our private call (no replays, I'm afraid!), we'll be working through the worries brought by 3 or 4 volunteers.

I'll be demonstrating standard coaching techniques to help these volunteers identify exactly what's going on, and how to move forward.

After each volunteer has been coached, we'll take the time as a group to share our thoughts on both their experience and the coaching process.

Listening to other people explain their challenges with English is powerful.

It tells you "You are not alone."

Coaching is - by nature - a private process. This is a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse!

While our volunteers will be sharing their experiences 'in public', our call will be private.

It won't be recorded.

This space will only be shared by the people who turn up on the day.

The coachees on the call (maybe you!) will have volunteered to be coached.

They will share only what they are comfortable sharing.

It will be our privilege to listen to them and share our thoughts.
